Daman is a CFA charterholder with over a decade of experience advising institutional and high-net-worth clients. His background spans investment consulting, institutional asset management, discretionary portfolio management, and portfolio analysis.

Before joining Pacifica Partners, Daman served as an Investment Analyst with a leading actuarial consulting firm, supporting institutional investment consulting and portfolio analysis mandates. He also held positions with a prominent Vancouver-based asset manager, where he gained experience in discretionary portfolio management and institutional investing.

Committed to advancing the investment profession, Daman previously served as Chair of the Awareness Committee for CFA Society Vancouver. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Kwantlen Polytechnic University.
