Neelam is the Client Services Manager at the firm, where she plays a key role in delivering a seamless client experience. She oversees client onboarding, supports client service initiatives, and assists with the firm’s operational processes to ensure efficient and responsive support for clients.
Neelam holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Kwantlen Polytechnic University. Prior to joining the firm, she gained experience working in both a technology startup and a large retail organization, where she developed strong client service, communication, and team collaboration skills
